Whether you’re a seasoned climber or just starting your ascent, this session is designed to enhance your overall flexibility. We’ll work together to improve mobility, target key muscle groups, and create a foundation for climbing success. By enhancing your range of motion, you’ll not only scale those walls with greater ease but also reduce the risk of injuries.

This yoga class helps to improve your athletic performance and focuses on breathing techniques, balance, flexibility, stress relief, and recovery for sore muscles. This class provides a mixture of both challenging and relaxing poses with modifications offered to work around common injuries.

The perfect rock climber’s cool down. Just as your daily routine is winding down or your climbing session is coming to an end, this yoga practice begins with yin holds and then transitions to a vinyasa flow.

Slow Flow Yoga
Heated Vinyasa Yoga
Thursdays | 6:00pm
All of your favorite Vinyasa Yoga flows but in a heated environment. The heat helps to open up your muscles and allows you to stretch deeper into each movement. Vinyasa Yoga, also called flow yoga, is a practice in which movement is synchronized to the breath. This practice welcomes all levels of yogis.
Be sure to bring plenty of water!
