We have a variety of classes for all levels and abilities taught by certified GOAT Training instructors.
Fitness Classes
With two great spaces to train cardio, strength, and overall fitness, you’ll be able to target every muscle group in the body. We have Peloton bikes, treadmills, rowing and ski erg machines by concept2, free weights, bands, TRX, and a dual cable cross machine.

NEW Online Fitness Training Program from GOAT Training
GOAT Training will post their signature “Get the GOAT” workouts, “Strength” workouts, and “Breathing” workouts online as well as challenges and at home workouts. This program is for ALL levels!

Get the GOAT includes strength endurance, power endurance or just “fun.” This class uses teamwork or partner work to keep you motivated as you move through the longer work effort.
