We are currently looking for
– Experienced routesetters
– Coaches for one of our competitive youth climbing teams
– Experienced yoga teachers for evening yoga classes
We are also hiring the following positions for summer 2026:
– Front Desk staff
– Summer Camp Counselors for indoor climbing camps (adult lead counselors and youth support staff)
– Outdoor rock climbing instructors with our partner company Adventure Travel Guides International
– Facilitators for kids’ nature empowerment camps with our partner company Wild Earth Wisdom Camps
– Staff to work our portable climbing wall at events around Eagle County
– Staff with trailer experience to drive the portable climbing wall to events (and work the wall)
Youth support staff for summer camp has a starting wage of $15+/hour depending on experience.
Yoga teachers have a starting rate of $25+/class depending on experience.
All other positions have a starting wage of $17+/hour depending on experience.
